Basis the public announcement dated 11 th December, 2018, we would like to bring it to your notice that the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench has ordered for Liquidation of Coastal Projects Limited vide order dated 06 th December, 2018.

The stakeholders of Coastal Projects Limited are hereby called upon to submit a proof of their claims on or before 5 th January, 2019 in the prescribed forms to the Liquidator, at the address given below:

Physical Claim Submission The forms can be downloaded manually form the website www.ibbi.gov.in and the same can filled manually and sent along with supporting documents to the address mentioned above either through post, in person or by sending an email of scanned copy of the same. We suggest you follow the first option and submit the forms online, to assist in efficient coordination and correspondences in regards to the claims.
